Univision

The Univision Headquarters was developed on behalf of Arden Realty, a major Southern California office REIT, and Univision Television Group, the largest Hispanic-language television network in the United States.  The lease transaction won BOMA’s “Deal of the Year” award in 1999.  Univision exercised an option to purchase the property in 2003.  The facility houses a 35,000 square foot state-of-the-art digital broadcasting studio, satellite uplink and receiving facilities, and 125,000 square feet of corporate office space.  A 2,000 square foot glass atrium connects the building with a private 550-stall parking structure and a landscaped entry court and water feature.  Extensive technical upgrades were made to the base facility to accommodate Univision’s special program requirements.  While employed at Lowe Enterprises, Aurora personnel provided turn-key development and construction management services.
