Twitter Headquarters

The Twitter Headquarters project is a 460,000 square foot tenant improvement located in the historic Western Furniture Exchange and Merchandise Mart building in San Francisco, California.  The facility serves as the corporate headquarters for Twitter, housing up to 3,200 employees and includes work spaces such as a corporate board room, open offices, meeting areas, network and media laboratories and training facilities.  Extensive amenities are also provided including break areas, “loungettes,” fitness spaces, a full-service Café, coffee bars and an outdoor, landscaped roof deck.  The lease transaction won the San Francisco Business Journal’s “Real Estate Deal of the Year” for 2011.
