Twitter 1-10th Street
The Twitter 1-10th Street project is the first major expansion to Twitter’s corporate headquarters at the Market Square office complex in San Francisco, California. The stand-alone facility houses up to 1,700 employees in 313,000 square feet and includes work spaces such as a corporate board room, a conferencing/sales briefing center, formal meeting areas, network and media laboratories, open offices and training facilities. Extensive amenities are also provided including a full-service Café, library, kitchenettes, lounge areas, and a “Skybridge” connecting the building to 1355 Market Street (the historic Western Furniture Exchange and Merchandise Mart building). The project won the 2016 Northern California IIDA Honor Award for large workspaces.
