Studio Tenancy Project

The Studio Tenancy project comprises the reorganization and relocation of multiple Studio user groups in an effort to improve operational efficiencies.  The project, developed on behalf of a major entertainment company located in Burbank, California, includes extensive base building modifications, tenant improvements, FF&E and relocation services for 15 simultaneous projects, totaling 865,000 square feet on five separate sites.
