One Santa Fe

The One Santa Fe project is a new residential apartment development located in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles, California.  The project is comprised of 438 residential units totaling 435,000 square feet, 90,000 square feet of retail shell space, amenities including a gym, community room, pool, spas, barbeque areas and outdoor theater, 802 parking stalls and site improvements.  McGregor Brown Company was the managing member.
