Howard Hughes Center

The Howard Hughes Center is a 70-acre, 2.7 million square foot master planned office, hospitality, and retail campus.  A new roadway, CalTrans bridge, mass grading & infrastructure, outdoor recreation areas, three high-rise office towers, three interconnected parking structures, site work, and extensive landscaping were developed on behalf of Arden Realty, a major Southern California office REIT, over a four year period.  While employed at Lowe Enterprises, Aurora personnel provided turn-key development and construction management services.
