Electronic Arts Los Angeles
The Electronic Arts Los Angeles project is a video game production facility built for the largest video game producer in the world. The campus, located in Playa Vista, California, is comprised of two buildings, an on-structure courtyard, a two-level above- and below-grade parking structure, surface parking, outdoor recreation areas and a campus entry driveway and marquee. The project was governed by a development agreement with extensive mitigation measures. The project earned a Los Angeles Business Council Commercial Interiors award in 2004.
