Digital Animation Campus

The Digital Animation Campus project is an 85,000 square foot warehouse renovation and tenant improvement, developed on behalf of a major entertainment company located in Glendale, California.  The facility houses digital animation production uses including screening rooms, recording studios, editorial suites, post-production areas and support workspace, in addition to a full-service Café, fitness center and other amenities.  Extensive base building and campus improvements were implemented, including structural and exterior envelope modifications, a new roof, entirely new MEP systems and new utility services, transforming a raw warehouse shell into a modern, high-tech facility.  Over five acres of new site work was installed, including extensive landscape and hardscape improvements, a water feature, site security and 350 new surface parking stalls.  The project earned an American Institute of Architects honor award for Architecture and a Los Angeles Business Journal Award for best Tenant/Building Improvement in 2012.
