Digital Studio Center

The Digital Studio Center project is a 25,000 square foot building renovation and tenant improvement, developed on behalf of a major entertainment company located in Burbank, California.  The facility houses digital post-production work spaces including sound and picture quality review rooms, editorial pods, a “virtual collaboration” room, sound design rooms, a large media data center, a network operations center, support spaces, and common area amenities including a large central break area, pantry and conference center.  Extensive base building improvements were implemented to support the program, including structural upgrades, exterior envelope modifications and new MEP systems.
