338-346 North Rodeo Drive

The 338-346 North Rodeo Drive project includes new and expanded retail buildings located in the “Golden Triangle” area of Beverly Hills, California.  The project is comprised of 15,000 square feet of new retail space housed in three retail suites.  One existing structure was completely demolished and replaced, another was renovated to expand its loading area and second floor and add a mezzanine.  The project was delivered by design-build method, in compliance with strict Beverly Hills entitlements and development restrictions.  The retail tenants include Emporio Armani, Bally and Tom Ford.
