2020 Santa Monica

2020 Santa Monica Boulevard is a 6-story medical office building located in Santa Monica, California.  Saint John’sHealthCenter sold the structure and entered into a participating ground lease with Hammes Company Healthcare.  Hammes, as developer, upgraded the base building and leased it to medical office tenants associated with the Hospital.  The project improvements included a new mechanical system, upgraded electrical and fire/life-safety systems, a new emergency generator, new plumbing systems, a new roof, upgrades to lobby finishes and rest rooms, upgrades and refurbishments to existing elevator systems, structural modifications and fit-out of medical office suites.
